How to report a security concern

Goal

Know how to report a possible security or privacy issue, and where to find BoodleBox's security documentation.

If you think you've found a security or privacy issue

You can reach the team two ways:

  1. In the app — open the Support Center. Click your initials at the bottom-left and choose Support Center. That opens the support site where you can file a request.

  2. By email — for security or privacy specifically, email compliance@boodle.ai (general issues: reach out through our contact form).

When you report, include:

  • What happened and when.

  • Steps to reproduce it, if you can.

  • Any screenshots or error messages.

  • The account or institution involved.

(Please keep sensitive details out of public channels — the Support Center or email is the right place.)
