Understanding account security
Goal
Understand how BoodleBox protects your account — and the few things you can do to keep it safe.
What BoodleBox does
- Prompts are anonymized before reaching any AI model.
- Files are encrypted at rest and in transit, in US-based data centers.
- AI providers can't train on your data (contractually prohibited).
- MFA is enforced for access to production systems, and sessions time out after extended inactivity.
- Each customer's data is logically isolated.
What you can do
- Use a strong password — at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. Change it from Personal Settings → Password & Security (see How to update your profile & account settings).
- Don't share your login. Everyone needs their own account.
- Sign out on shared devices when you're done.
