Understanding account security

Goal

Understand how BoodleBox protects your account — and the few things you can do to keep it safe.

What BoodleBox does

• Prompts are anonymized before reaching any AI model.
• Files are encrypted at rest and in transit, in US-based data centers.
• AI providers can't train on your data (contractually prohibited).
• MFA is enforced for access to production systems, and sessions time out after extended inactivity.
• Each customer's data is logically isolated.

What you can do

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. Change it from Personal Settings → Password & Security (see How to update your profile & account settings).
• Don't share your login. Everyone needs their own account.
• Sign out on shared devices when you're done.
