Understand the discounts available and how to ask about trial credits or extensions.

The educational discount (automatic)

If your account's email ends in .edu, the educational rate is applied automatically when you upgrade — $16/user/month instead of $20 for Boodle Premium. You don't need to enter a code or ask for it.

Save with annual billing

Choosing yearly billing saves 10% versus paying monthly — it applies on top of the standard or educational rate.

Free trials, credits, and extensions

For a trial extension, a special credit, or an institutional arrangement, email success@boodle.ai with your account email and what you're asking for. The team handles these case by case.
