Requesting accommodations or reporting an accessibility issue

Goal

Report something in BoodleBox that you can't use, or ask for help working around it.

Quick path

Use our contact form and mention accessibility in your message.

What to include

  • The page or feature, such as "the share dialog in a chat". A link helps.

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.

  • Your browser and device.

  • Any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader, magnifier or voice control, with its version if you know it.

  • A screenshot or recording, if you can.

You don't need to include all of this. Send what you have.

What happens next

  1. We confirm we've received your report.

  2. We look into the problem and let you know if there's a way around it in the meantime.

Students needing accommodations

If you need an accommodation for a class, such as extra time on an assignment, contact your instructor or your school's disability services office. Instructors can extend due dates in BoodleBox. Let us know too, so we can look at the underlying barrier.

Procurement and VPAT questions
