Accessibility documentation for procurement (VPAT/ACR)
Goal
Get the accessibility documentation your institution needs to review BoodleBox.
Quick path
Download the VPAT from the Trust Center: https://trust.boodlebox.ai/. No request is needed.
What the VPAT covers
Standards: WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2. The VPAT reports on Levels A, AA and AAA. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA in light and dark mode.
Format: the VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template), WCAG edition. A completed VPAT is also called an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR).
Each criterion lists whether BoodleBox supports it, the date support began, and remarks explaining how.
Evaluation method: automated testing plus internal engineering assessment.
How we test
Automated accessibility checks (axe-core) across the signed-in pages a student can reach, in light mode, dark mode and at phone width, including open dialogs and menus, plus keyboard checks.
A build check that fails if a dialog or icon-only button has no accessible name.
Design system checks for contrast, target size, text spacing, reflow and visible focus.
What's out of scope
AI-generated content, files users upload, third-party screens (such as identity provider sign-in pages, payment checkout and embedded video), and our signed-out pages. See Accessibility at BoodleBox.
How often it's updated
We update the VPAT when a release changes how BoodleBox meets a criterion. The "Report Last Updated" date at the top shows the current version.
